What you will learn in your Nutritional Evaluation?
A Chinese nutritional evaluation is usually done in conjunction with treatment. At your first meeting with Ellie, you will be given a Six Day Food Diary to complete. This diary will be evaluated by Ellie and then a separate appointment will be scheduled to go through the evaluation. The evaluation takes approximately one hour and all information will be given to you in binder-form. Some of the things you will learn include:
