New Patient Appointment
A consultation is required for all new patients. Your first visit will take approximately two hours and will include a free consultation, pulse/tongue diagnosis, assessment, recommendations, and treatment.
Deposit Requirement: Due to the amount of time that is reserved for a New Patient Appointment, a $50 deposit is required when making your first appointment (processed through PayPal - account not required). Your deposit will be applied toward treatment fees and is fully refundable as long as your appointment is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, kindly give a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the time reserved. Thank you for respecting my policy.
New Patient Forms

Your Patient Form can be printed and completed prior to your appointment. If you do not have access to a printer, please arrive 20 minutes early to your appointment to complete your form.
Payment/Discount Plans
Full payment can be made when scheduling your appointment or at the time of your visit. All major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash are accepted forms of payment. A $50 deposit is required for New Patient Appointments. Discount plans are available and will be discussed during your consultation.
Insurance
Bodyscapes is not an "in-network" provider with any insurance company including Medicare. If your insurance company offers acupuncture benefits, Ellie will provide you with a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for direct payment.
