1 cup well-cooked asparagus tips, room temp.
2 T lemon or lime juice
1 T olive oil
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until you get desired consistency. If you like, add diced tomatoes, onion, and/or fresh cilantro to the already blended guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips
