Bodyscapes acupuncture and massage

Your free introductory acupuncture session is designed to help you learn about how Traditional Chinese Medicine works and experience what it feels like. You are under no obligation to book additional treatments, unless you desire to. Because of the short duration of your session (30 minutes), treatments will be of a general nature focusing primarily on relaxation and stress reduction. The session is designed to introduce you to acupuncture and to meet your practitioner, Ellie Pickering. More serious and/or chronic medical conditions can be addressed in subsequent sessions. 

How do I make an appointment for my free introductory acupuncture session?
Your appointment can be arranged by calling Ellie at (847)864-6464. Do not use the Online Appointment Scheduler. A Patient Form must be completed prior
to your appointment (see opposite page). Your appointment will take 30 minutes from beginning to
end. Appointments are booked every 30 minutes, so please be on time. If you are late to your appointment or if your Patient Form has not been completed,
your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

What should I wear?
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Pants should be able to be rolled up just above the knee. The only articles of clothing you will need to remove during your session are shoes and socks.

2. Print out the Patient Form and bring completed 
    form with you to your appointment.
3. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
